We loved our stay at this hotel, especially the on-premise synagogue which provided a peaceful spot for quiet reflection. The location was perfect for exploring Jerusalem, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our dogs were also treated well, which was a major plus!
My children wanted an earlier check-in time for convenience. It would also be great if the hotel offered more family-friendly amenities.

Recommended for couples looking for comfort
The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they even advanced our check-in time by almost 3 hours which was a nice surprise! Plus, we got to choose between two rooms before deciding, that kind of personal touch is rare.
It wasn’t cheap though still acceptable.

Had an amazing 5 nights here in a Deluxe Twin Room with Balcony! I really enjoyed the relaxing sun terrace and the massage options available, which helped me unwind after a day of exploring. I did notice that the coffee supplies weren't topped up daily, but it didn't dampen my overall experience at all. ☀️

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the cozy stay and took advantage of the on-premise synagogue for some quiet moments. The breakfast was fantastic with tons of choices, and the staff made us feel right at home. Just a heads up, there are only two elevators, which can get a bit slow during peak times.
Our only issue was that one of the elevators was hard to operate, which made getting to our room a little inconvenient at times.

Room cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfort of the beds was a highlight, especially with the fantastic selection of pillows available. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a great variety of delicious options, including iced and frozen coffee, which I enjoyed daily. However, street noise was quite noticeable, and the lack of sound insulation made it a challenge to rest. Additionally, the elevators had limited availability, impacting convenience at times.
